Are Children Allowed?
We have three Domes that Welcome children…..'Star Dome', 'Group Dome' and 'Whispering Aspens’. The Happy Dome and The Tiny Cabin are Adults only.
Outhouses or FlushToilets
Each accommodation has its own private Porta Potty. Flush toilets and showers available in the Main Building during designated hours.
Do I Bring My Own Firewood?
Firewood is available for purchase for $20/large bundle or you may bring your own. Please request firewood before arrival so that it can be at your site.
How Many Can Sleep in a Dome?
The Happy Dome - 2 Adults
The Tiny Cabin - 2 Adults
The Star - 3 - Adults/Children
Whispering Aspens - 4 - Adults/Children
The Group Dome - 4 - Adults/Children
One extra person can be added for a fee.
What are Check in/out times?
Check-in 2-8pm
Check-out BEFORE 11am.
Please text your approximate arrival time and again when you are 30 minutes away so that the Host can greet you and escort you to your Dome.

What if I Cancel?
In order to receive a full refund, Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check in.
If cancellation is between 7-30 days before check-in there will be a 50% refund.
No refund for cancellations of fewer than 7 days.
Guests may also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
Do I need a Guide on the trails?
All trails circle back to the main Glamping area making it impossible to get lost as long as you stay on the mowed paths.
How Far is Thunderlake Provincial Park?
Thunder Lake PP is a short 2km from Simply Glamping where there is a beach, hiking and biking trails and water sports. They have Kayak rentals on site.
Is There Somewhere to Pickup Anything I My Have Forgotten?
Campsie Store is 2.5 minutes away and has a good selection of supplies from ice to groceries, ice cream to propane. The town of Barrhead is a 15-20 minute drive from our site.
Can Friends Visit Me At My Site?
We have a No Visitors policy and a No Party policy. If there is space needed for a specific group gathering then special arrangements have to be made ahead of time by contacting Simply Glamping directly. We promote the utmost respect and comfort for all guests here at Simply Glamping.
Are Pets Allowed?
For the comfort and safety of all guests and the wildlife that shares our forest, we have a ‘No Pet’ policy.
